Last week I took the photos for each child and had them printed, and we will begin the writing process this upcoming week. Excerpt of the book we are using as exemplar text 2) Monthly celebrations- September highlighted the Mid-Autumn festival, a Chinese holiday. October will highlight Dia de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday. November will highlight the American holiday of Thanksgiving. But December through June are open for your input. Please share any holidays you would like to see highlighted!!!
